Almogs hours report application interfaces with Almogs ERP & CRM systems.
This application enables your employees to report their working hours and to access existing reports from any place directly from their mobile device.
Through the application, your employee can do the follow actions:
-Access the system through a secured login process.
-Submit a working hours report providing the following information:
•Costumer which the work was performed for, selected from a costumers list.
•Type of activity (customer service, detail design, training, administrator time, break Etc.).
•Nature of work - with or without charge debit.
•Location- work performing from the companys offices, clients offices or employers home.
•Description - free text.
-Onsite service report can be attached.
-Submitted hours ports are sent to the server to update ERP / CRM systems.
-User can send the Work Report by email to the customer.
-Query of previous reports by selected dates.
